A reputable upholstery shop could easily fix it. I've also seen seemingly clean looking black door cards on ebay still. Brown/tan seems to be harder to find, especially for the driver side door unfortunately.
I'm having a new headliner put into my X and switching it over to black Alcantra/faux suede, so I've been buying all the bits and pieces for my roof and pillars from an ebay seller, and they are showing up in good condition. The prices have been reasonable too. I'm sure the guy has door cards. PM me if you would like his contact info.
