Start with the basics; indications are the cpk is faulty. That's what the symptoms and error are. Odds the sensor new? If so try the old one.

The output is a square wave. You need to read with an oscope to see if the signal makes sense reading voltage only gives you some feedback also if like the other similar sensors the computer reads the milliamps and if not within a particular range it "doesn't exist"
