Try unplugging battery and shorting the pos/neg cables together then reinstall the battery. Airbag codes are bitches since someone may have unplugged the airbag with the battery connected causing a "permanent" screw you fault. Once battery is back in run a full scan then clear and repeat ONCE if needed, if this fail an emulator is the next step.

PS. P codes are generic si don't get too hung up on looking for the p code equivalent.....
