I spoke with the local Indy on this - sounds like they have been through this. summary of the conversation:

• sometimes new o-rings work
• sometimes aftermarket replacement lines work if the o-rings alone did not
• sometimes the BMW lines work when the aftermarkets did not
• they no longer replace the lines or o-rings - they replace the rack as they have had too many issues with leaks for o-ring, non-oem lines and oem-lines.

for us - we are going to RTV the seals and see if that does it, if not I'll swap the rack.
