Using my VIN I confirmed that I have the following relevant options:
S459A Seat adjuster, electric, with memory
S461A Electric seat backrest adjustment, rear
S473A Armrest front
S488A Lumbar support, driver and passenger
S249A Multifunction f steering wheel
I looked in RealOEM and I am pretty sure that part number 61317119867 is what goes with the S459A seat option. It appears that if you have comfort seats (S456A) you would need a different part number.

Yes…if you need to replace the module for your left electric (driver’s seat)…then you need the module that ends in
867.
The comfort seats w/memory (S456a) uses the module with the part number that ends in
869
