Update. Car starts and idles now. Still waiting for the scanner.

However, I have gone through all of my connections and fittings… everything looks/feels correct.

I did clean the MAF. And the car will start normally with the MAF connected. However, as I advance engine rpms to ~ 1100, it immediately kills.
