How in the world are you supposed to check continuity on a brake pad sensor???


I put in a new one when my old one went off (replaced pads as well)... "BRAKE" light on the dash never went away. According to this forum there is no code you need to reset or anything. I pulled the pad sensor off, checked the pins, greased it with dielectric grease, reseated it really nice and tight, and still have the light in the dash.



Pulled it off again and tried getting a meter in there -- I have no idea how you could check it. The tube is way too long to get a lead in, and there is no way to insert a lead in through the water seal on the back. It just pushes the seal in because the wire is so tiny.



This thing is going to drive me crazy
