Ride Height Sensor Programming
Replacing the lower front control arms and my X5 and it has the dreaded 4 wheel ride height. The strap connecting the sensor to the left control arm was rusted and cracked off, and the articulating arms between the sensor and strap were pretty rusted and connected together with screws. The sensor on the other side looks newer, has nice ball joint articulation points and is not rusted. So I’m going the replace the left one. Is it just plug and play or does it need to be somehow programmed, if anyone knows how that process is done, I would be very appreciative.
