I went ahead and ordered pads. I checked runout on the caliper and it is right at 29 mm which is about 0.6mm more than the minimum. That is about the same as the rears were, and I did not replace those rotors.
Also, FWIW, I replace pads without turning the rotors (since I would have had to replace the rotors if I turned them) and they do not squeak at all. It was a bit of a gamble but I was pretty excited about it. It made the rear brake job pretty easy. I'm gonna do the same on the fronts and if they squeak, just order some rotors and throw them on after the fact. Rotors are so expensive for this car that it's worth trying to get by without them.
