Any radiator shop that "builds" radiators in the United States has access to the tanks and cores. At least they did back when I worked at a radiator shop back in the 80s...
Look at my temps now...
Oh and the actual temp in the shadebshowed 47c at the time, plus just creeping along at 1,000 rpm seems to be the sweet spot for cooling.
