Are the Yokohama Geolandr-X CV available in the size you need? I see that you are thinking about Costco. I prefer Discount Tire.

I'm very happy with the ride on mine. Paid net ~$650 for a 275/40R20 set, installed back in 2020. Looks like the price has gone up, along with pretty much everything else.
