Kind of ironic that the only item in that diagram that is not still original on my 2001 with 205k miles is the "lifetime" differential oil.

I think I'm still on the original axles as well, although the CV boots have been replaced a few times (once by me, at least). When I replaced the boots, I did not need to remove the axle nuts, so left them as is.

So I would not go looking for more stuff to replace there than is clearly needed ... but ...

You'll be removing at least one control arm, and this might be a time to look into inspecting and replacing worn suspension components. I've replaced just about every joint and bushing (and complete arm if no choice) in the suspension at my mileage. New struts too. Springs still original.
