Did another smoke test last night. Again I put the smoke in just after the Air sensor and pressurized it about 5psi. The only place I saw smoke again as just under intake manifold on the driver side...same as before but a lot less with the new seals.

After just driving a couple days I was surprised at the amount of oil present again. Are there seals up in the flap system that are leaking. It looks like most of the oil in on the underside of the manifold itself. Is this normal?

Also...I found that some of the manifold studs seem bent a bit. I took a pic but I cannot figure out how to load on this forum.

I did the Charge Temp test in ISTA and it passed. I clean the Mass Air sensor with spray and drove it to work today. Limp mode almost the whole time. Now I am getting the 004521 and the 004B81 along with the Cylinder 6 glow plug 004A14.

I tested the glow plug last night and got 0.9 Ohms on Cylinder 6...I read it should be close to 1.

What would you guys try next? Thanks
