Is there any update? If the engine does not crank with a known good starter and battery I suspect there might be some internal damage.
Have you started tearing into the engine? Maybe pulling the spark plugs and inspecting the cylinders with a bore scope? Pulling the valve cover and check if timing chain is intact?
