It didn't take 1.5 cans making it a little low. However, I didn't account for the extra long yellow vacuum/fill hose. It will be a few days before it gets hot again for running A/C settings at max cooling.
Using a gold shield windshield cover helps. So does using covers on front door windows. Limo tint on rear doors and cargo windows does help a lot to keep the black interior cooler. |
I mean, most of the cans are 12oz. 1.5 cans would be a little too much.
You also want to avoid the ones with oil mixed in. You end up with too much oil and a reduced refrigerant capacity.
