It does look like the part number you got is different from the one listed on RealOEM but also different from the parts listed in the April 2019 update to the original EGR Cooler recall which makes it appear as though you did get a part updated since 2019. Further research shows there are two separate SIB numbers for different MY F15s. SIB 11 08 21 "High Temperature" for July 2015 - August 2018 build dates and SIB 11 10 21 "Low Temperature" for August 2013 - June 2017 build dates.
