This thread helped me today. Last weekend I replaced the window regulator clip on my front passenger side, after getting the door all buttoned up, I thought I was done until I realized my front passenger door wouldn't lock via the center console button or key fob.

I turned the ignition to the "on" position, unplugged the 2 smaller wires, plugged them back in and all is well again.
