On the ‘07 it’s most likely the footwell module. It’s a poor design. If there is a problem with the light, like bad ballast, wiring, etc the module will only reset the circuit 50 times then self destruct. It’s not possible to reset when this happens and the module must be replaced. The idiotic problem was fixed after 2009. On 2010+ models you can reset with ISTA. You can read the error as well. The reset function doesn’t do anything in the 2007 model, it’s pointless.
