One other thought - you may read where some people discuss that there are white hex plastic control bolts on the top of the headlight assembly that can be used to fine tune headlight aiming. Emphasis on "fine" tuning. We tried using those, but could not get the headlight to move nearly enough. In our experience the gearshaft inside the assembly is the way to go.
