That's the thing. I have never seen a stream coming out at the top of the expansion tank. I started it and let it warm up and could see a very small amount of coolant coming out of the small hole at the top, but not a steady stream like I have seen in some videos.

I have the equipment to vacuum the system and fill it so I am considering draining the cooling system and trying that.

In regard to the bowden cable for the center vent. I had removed the glovebox and replaced the expansion valve for the A/C as I was trying to fix a non working A/C issue. It ultimately turned out to be the compressor which I replaced, but still have a leak. I recently purchased a new condenser and evaporator so I can completely service the A/C system and get it working again.

It crossed my mind that there might be an issue with the temp sensor in the IHKA, but it was reporting properly based on INPA and DIS. There is a small amount of dust, but nothing significant. What were you thinking regarding the temp sensor fan?
