The problem with bulbs like the ones on the jlevi website are that the bulbs, as you can see from the photos, are made to look like HID lights through use of a blue coating on the bulb. What you will find, if you install them, is that night time visibility is dramatically reduced for two reasons. First the blue coating reduces the lumen output (brightness) of the bulb. Second, blue light is absorbed by road surfaces rather than being reflected back as well as white or yellow light. It's especially bad when road surfaces are wet (you might as well be driving without lights in situations like that).

My recommendation is something like a Sylvania SilverStar bulb, which will be much whiter than your existing halogens, and much brighter at night.
