I suppose I better get ISTA up and running so I can see what comes up
red on the modules tree.
From what I’ve seen today. the FRM is almost always a software issue and the reset requires a similar process to cloning a new key, with some special harnesses and computer apps.

Does anyone know if the FRM controls the lights on the overhead console?
Is there a list of modules and their outputs somewhere?
I’m suspicious that if I find out why the overhead console backlights and ambiance lights won’t turn off, I’ll possibly solve the Canbus error code and potentially discover the reason it won’t start.
In the meantime, I'll start pulling modules and checking for corrossion. I have read that there is a Kbus splice(s) near the rear quarter fuse box. I will check those connections out too.
