Hi,

I am still chasing the fault on my remote locking but would like some opinions on my window problem.

I have only recently bought the vehicle and this fault was present on purchase.

Drivers (RHD) window will go down but not up. Doesn't make any attempt to go up, not a click or sound of any kind and no movement whatsoever.

My first thought was a switch. I have now tried three different switches and all operate every window in each direction apart from drivers window UP.

I have put power directly to the window motor and the window will go up and down without issue. This rules out a motor or regulator issue, right?

Have I really tried three switches with the same fault? I checked the circuit boards and no sign of broken tracks or corrosion etc.



What do you think? Switch problem or something else?
