I'm not sure they were attacking you personally, it's just that a lot of X5's end up looking quite different from factory with owners pretending the car is a model it isn't.

I could tell it had to be a 4.6 or 4.8 (I noticed the cluster) and also complemented you on it being a tidy looking car. The interior looks in great condition and it's obvious that you love your car and have pride in it.

I thought it may have been the Imola Red car that you sprayed Leguna Blue and for me that would have been a shame as that is such a rare colour when there are plenty of other colours to change.

Colour coding the bumpers does alter the way it looks and the rims (look like Simmons?) aren't to everyone's taste.
