3. My Webasto has never worked and I've never touched it. I don't have a clue how to diagnose/fix it! Which module code is this in the list? (Is there a list of what they all mean somewhere?)
These issues and the fact that my thermostat was stuck open for a year goes some way to explain my awful mpg in the cold!
Any idea about the other stuff?

Great that you have sorted the SBS error.
If you remove the EGR (or disconnect it), you will get the 4501 code for lack of EGR flow. I think this can be mapped out but this requires re-programming of the DDE. Not something you can sort yourself...
The Webasto also needs proper diagnosis (if you want to run again). INPA can give you some information. You can also check the connections etc.
In the error codes, the module "ZUHEIZ" is the Webasto (ADDITIONAL HEAT). The error related to "Verbrennungsluftgeblaese" is the "combustion air blower" inside the Webasto heater, so something inside it isn't happy.
The headlight issue is your most pressing issue, in regards to getting your MOT. It could be as simple as a broken or disconnect control arm on the healight - or it couldbe a failed motor or controller. Inspecting the headlight from behind (you can open the back after removing some small torx screws) is a good place to start.
The other codes in your list can be researched and translated via Google. For instance, "Drucksensor 1 defekt" is "Pressure sensor 1 defective", "sitz" is "seat" etc.
Ignore the EBV fault - many of us have this error - the jury is out as to whether or not it is a real fault or if it can be resolved (if it is a real fault). Ignore it for now and move on. :-)
