To add to this I just turned my A/C on for the first time this season and no-worky ;( The problem turned out to be an oxidized connection at the compressor so a bit of a wiggle and the clutch cut in. I had replaced the compressor 2 seasons ago and I maybe should have bit some contact grease in the connector (which I normally would do) but didn't that time. Has some on now though!
