lol, BMW cup holder technology has always been kind of a running joke. I think it was the engineer's way of saying they don't think you should be drinking anything while driving

I've only had my e53 for a few weeks and I'm still rolling my eyes on how lame the cupholders are.
Today I installed an extinguisher and first aid kit I had in the parts bin.
