Well my dealer wipers tended to streak, hop, and smear, especially the rear one. In talking with my dealer, I learn the old style rear wiper arm will twist with age, causing the wiper to not do its job properly. The new replacement arm is metal vs plastic and now has the hook design vs the old style pin design. My ICONs wipe completely clear with one wipe now without a sound.

I had the replacement arm put on yesterday (with the 418B blade I supplied) and the weather cooperated in testing it out with a nice steady rain. Worked great!
