Well... Perform test as stated. Even heard the car go to a smooth idle. Now... it won't start! lol. Just my luck.

Going to HD to get stuff to make a smoke tester. I think I may have an issue with the gasket. I can see mostly all the way around and rechecked and can't see where the gasket is out or where it looks pinched, like it rolled inward. I had siliconed it all the way around do to it kept coming off on the back side.

While idling I unscrewed the oil filler cap and no change in idle. Thats not a good sign.
We'll see what happens after the smoke test.
