Mounts on the M62 aren’t a bad job so I would assume they are the same on the N62. Definitely some work, but not very technical, nor do you need any BMW specific tools. Just multiple ratchet extensions, torx sockets, jack stands, floor jack and a way to pull the motor up an inch or two.

Drop the subframe a couple/few inches and lift the motor up a bit and you can get them out. Pulling the wheel well liner helps a lot too and isn’t cosmic either. You can replace the factory plastic rivets, or get the plastic push rivets you see used around the X5s if you don’t have a plastic rivet tool. Cheap on Amazon, and they come with an assortment of rivets. I’ve been using the push ones on my right rear liner for a year and they are holding fine.
