On the bottom left and right are on each side a small grommet at the flat bottom, with a small hole on the side, clean those with a smal peace of wire.

I saw the same on my car when I changed the filters.

Also check of the covers are right in Place, they also have some kind of drain on the side with a plastic thing that moves. They must be placed correct in the fender whole.

Other wise you will get a whole lot of water in the space below the cover, the small drain at the bottom is not big enouf to drain that amount of water.
