It seems like most of the connectors on my E53 are too small and too tight to get a multimeter lead into. I have a Fluke 77 (basically the industry standard digital multimeter) and I can rarely get it poked into the back of a connector, and the front is always too tight.



I am trying to troubleshoot my damn keyless entry and can't even see if I have 12 volts on the FZV module because the connector is so small.
The electronics shop here uses a small guage wire with a female/male pin on either end and alligator clips to hold it.

Theirs is homebrew but maybe it's a copy of some test leads...
