Not a Plymouth Fury, but a 1959 Ford Custom 300 Fordor I believe, with modified hood, bumpers, suspension and tires. Probably brought over by either Aramco oil, or an employee, back in the day. I recognized it, as an Aunt owned one in the fifties.
