So you haven't checked the actual trouble codes? With proper diagnostics you could see the wheel speeds are consistent and identical when going straight.
Fuse F46 is purely for VTG module to rule out any transfer case problem. Or unplug the smaller connector (power supply) on VTG module under rear seat.
