They're from F15 X5 M50D. Not real M brakes, but a notable upgrade.
Front 385x36 Standard discs,Floating single piston calipers
Rear 345x24 Standard discs, Floating single piston caliper
The pads are almost twice the size of the original. The rear calipers are MASSIVE compared to the originals as well.
