Only 10mm bolt they will snap at about 150 ft·lb you won't need that big of a bar. They were likely over torqued use my trick I use for exhaust parts disassembly: turn clockwise.

I use my low profile through hole ratchet to hold the nut side it fits perfectly over the subframe bar.
