RhythmMachine is on a distinguished road
Update - passed on that one (it had a few too many questionable characteristics) but checked out a 2012 with only 140K km. Seemed to be in much better shape, but when I pulled the codes there were a couple that concerned me:

2E10 - valvetronic system; disabled, warning threshold value, feedback control deviations exceeded too often (seems like may be resolved by resetting adaptations, DME update, or may require replacement of valvetronic motor and eccentric cam shaft). Error snapshot details say that the target current supply VVT engin is 45.28A and actual value, eccentric angle VVT is 77.70.

A82E - gear selector switch GWS interlock E faulty (which may make it inconsistent or impossible to go from sport to normal or manual, but can also prevent car from getting into/out of park or forward or reverse gear)

It looks like each of those only occurred once, and when I did the test drive there were no issues with rough idle, pulsing/rpm fluctuations, or anything like that... the car drove very cleanly. Almost no repairs have been needed for the current owner (who bought it at about 25K km and have driven it to 130K, with mostly highway miles) apart from oil changes every 8K km.

Any red flags there?
