I'm just starting to dig into and learn about the valvetronic on my new to me E70. Seeing some pictures of failed valvetronic shafts (I think v-8s though) with what appears to be pieces broken out of a section of the teeth, I'm wondering is that section at the idle position, is it maybe like a steering rack that has a
high spot? does that happen to N52s ? Cheers
