Stop thinking about that intake temp reading. Even if it was faulty MAF (intake temp sensor) or boost temp sensor they have nothing to do with engine coolant temp. Renew the main thermostat (BMW original only) and EGR thermostat (OEM or Behr/mahle is OK) if you have one (EU4 version). With those temps Webasto will be running all the time. It drops out when coolant temp rises above 75 C.
