Hey Bmwe5320023.0, Sorry you had that experience with the ECS lift kit. I am an engineer at ECS and a fellow E53 owner and I just wanted to follow up with you. We opened and inspected every single kit we had on shelf and found only 4 sets that had the wrong hardware. We corrected the faulty sets and are going to inspect future sets to make sure this doesn't happen again.
