I'd like ISTA-D and/or DIS for diagnostic use, only

I can't find a link to a DIS download anywhere, nor any information concerning its' requirements and file size. I have INPA, which works OK on my low memory laptop, and NCS Dummy, NCS Expert, Tool32 (EDIABAS), and WINKFP (which I've not fully tested, yet), and tried a couple of ISTA+ downloads (couldn't find an ISTA-D stand-alone download), but my laptop didn't have enough RAM, so I deleted them. Also, what is SSS?
So, how does DIS compare in size and diagnostic capabilities to INPA or ISTA-D (no need for coding, yet)?
