How do I get to the corners of the sunroof cassette?

The front drains perfectly. Water does flow out of the rear at the top of the tailgate and the plumbing snake goes all the way through but yes there were leaves in the roof lining when I removed it, probably around a dozen or so

Sounds like I have to remove the glass etc yes? I have no idea how to do that!
