Homerlovesbeer is on a distinguished road
So after pulling a lot of trim apart and everything out of the left hand boot well I realised that I was missing the seal front the front edge of the rear glass panel! Bloody hell!

I found it stuck to the cross channel drain that goes under the two glass pieces.

Omg!

So from now on leaking sunroof steps are;

Step 1: Make sure you have all the seals in place!

It appears that the shear volume of water going down the channels simply overwhelmed the rear drains to the point it overflowed into the roof lining space and down the D pillars into the rear

So the seal is siliconed back in place and another water test done!

You rippa! No leaks from the roof lining or D pillars!

But wait..... what's this? Water pouring in from tailgate area into the subwoofer enclosure side?

The tail lights are good now....no leaks from those at all.

So I found this.

A loose bolt, the water was coming in very easily and filling up the right well.

So I pulled the bolts out, added silicone to the nut and bolt, reattached and tightened. Another water leak check and no more leaks!

Thanks all,

I hope this thread helps somebody in the future
