I don't see any coolant pump codes.
Your 119C radiator outlet temp is VERY high.
Outlet temp should be much closer to air temp, particularly after a drive at highway speeds.
If your radiator has the same deposits as the id of the hose, it won't be able to properly cool and will overheat. Deposits show someone has been using hard tap or well water rather than distilled water.
Loss of air flow will also cause high outlet temp.
Usually when all flow is blocked to radiator, due to no circulation the radiator outlet temp is close to ambient temp.
When you run the bleed sequence, do you see flow in expansion tank?
