BimmerBreaker is on a distinguished road
Got mine moved out of the side yard to list it for sale. Never wanted to sell it but not driving it currently and have limited garage space. Not sure what it's even worth, 06 4.8is with just under 220,000 miles and the Aerodynamic body kit. Still a great condition car overall but needs a few things here and there (window regulator, engine mounts, windshield replaced, a good detail, sunroof shade fabric reupholstered). I'm asking $4500 right now but at this point would let it go for any reasonable offer. Been a rock solid vehicle for me and sad to see it to but my time to work on it is a lot more limited these days than it was when I bought it. Have a work truck now too, and I drive that instead for most of my errands or my M roadster for date nights with the wife...

I had to take it apart and put it back together after it idled high. After I put it together the second time it idles well at about 950rpm, but it throws "idle speed plausibility" codes instantly every time. It doesn't illuminate on the dash, but the Foxwell picks it up.

I logged data on the foxwell and the idle speed is pretty stable at about 950rpm. When I active-test it, it seems to work correctly (the test is to increase idle speed to 1500 rpm which it does). When I turn the AC on it goes down to about 850 rpm. However it seems like it is pretty solid other than that.

I haven't driven it much, only around the driveway and started it three or four times and idled it for a while. I'll test drive it later today. Anyone else know if this is a symptom of something else broken?
First step is to clear adaptions.
