It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. One of the new components you installed is likely not seated properly. Id guess ICV based on the code.

To test for vacuum leaks you need a smoke tester with pressurized air. Just "feeling around" for leaks wont do anything. You could also just re-check all the recent components you installed and re-seat, and verify the ICV is installed the correct direction.
