I have carried multiple bikes from as far north into Colorado and South to Miami Beach. If you ask me, when you're travelling across country, nothing beats the hitch. I also like the swing away. Really nice to be able to unload and load without removing the bikes.
We've even ridden around the Performance Delivery Center in SC. But after 14yrs or so, the hitch is breaking down. I don't wanna spend the $$ for my fantasy replacement, but I probably will.
