5000 hours with e10 gas is MTBF 4000 pure gas 6000 e20 (literally the only benefit of dilution of gas with food); it takes the calories of edible corn a years worth of calories to fill an SUV tank once. Yeah that makes sense!

Unfortunately the long term test of fuel pumps I found didn't include diesel or I forgot the MTBF.
