My 2004 N62b44 has 190,000 miles = 305,000 km
Valve seals have been done approx 80,000 miles ago, water pump, low temp thermostat, loads of coolant hoses...
Got a good oil leak coming from the front of the head on bank 1 currently, could be vacuum pump or oil pressure sensor by the looks of it
