Hi folks, I was having trouble accessing my account - my apologies for the lack of response. To answer the most recent question, do you need the bridge tool, I would say "yes." I purchased mine off ebay, and sold it on ebay after the job.

I think I saw somewhere in there a question about the cam bearings being plastic, and yeah - something about that rings a bell. I can go through photos to confirm.
